Most advanced settings save to the draft and require publishing. Board assignments, call tags, and evaluation connections in the post-call section save immediately.

Recorded catalog previews do not demonstrate these settings. Publish and test to hear them.

Conversation

Response speed and Interruption sensitivity offer 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1, defaulting to 1. Lower response speed waits longer before answering; lower interruption sensitivity makes it harder to interrupt the agent. Change one control at a time and test realistic pauses. Opening delay ranges from 0 to 5 seconds in one-second steps. Maximum call duration starts at one minute and cannot exceed the plan cap: Free 3, Starter 7, Pro 30, Growth and Enterprise 60 minutes. Boosted words lists product or place names the agent should recognize; Enter adds a word.

Inbound context

The optional inbound webhook obtains context through POST. Its returned keys become prompt variables and override matching native context keys. Timeout is 1,000–7,000 ms, default 3,000; the call continues without that response if the timeout is reached. This is separate from outgoing post-call notifications. Invalid numeric context values prevent saving and publishing until corrected.

Fallback voices and agent guidelines

Choose fallback voices for voice availability problems; the editor has no configurable fallback priority order. Guideline switches cover AI disclosure when asked, conversational or default personality, confirmation by repetition, empathy, NATO phonetic spelling, natural filler words, scope boundaries, flexible matching, and speech normalization. Conversational and default personality are mutually exclusive. These are fixed switches; business-specific rules belong in the prompt. Danger zone contains permanent agent deletion for roles with agents.delete.
