Understand availability
Features depend on plan limits, role permissions, and organization configuration. Softphone, Contact center, lead routing, Agenda, and Automation Rules have separate activation requirements described on their pages. Text-agent and inbox access can vary by organization; contact support if a documented entry is missing. The new-channel dialog currently connects WhatsApp Business. Instagram and Messenger are marked coming soon. A coming-soon option is not an available connection. Subscriptions and usage credits serve different purposes: the plan sets features and limits, while usage consumes the organization’s balance. Purchased phone numbers have their own monthly subscription. Review current amounts in Billing and Plans before purchasing.Work within an organization
Agents, contacts, channels, numbers, credits, and integrations belong to the selected organization. Invite members and assign roles with the permissions they need. Teams organize people, hierarchy, and schedules; a team leader is not automatically an organization administrator.Use this documentation
Each product guide identifies its location and relevant availability requirements, describes the workflow, and includes common problems. API pages describe external integration contracts. The in-app assistant can help find records and actions, but an action’s confirmation and result determine what actually happened.Frequently asked questions
