Agenda manages bookings and resource availability. It is enabled per organization. It is separate from connecting Google Calendar or Cal.com as an agent tool.

Prepare the agenda

Configure resources, services, locations and schedules before offering appointments. A resource represents what gets booked, such as a person or room. A service defines the appointment, its duration and buffer time.

View and manage bookings

Open Agenda, choose a period and filter resources or location. Your scope may limit the view to resources associated with your user. Booking statuses include pending, confirmed, completed, no-show and canceled. Check the status and appointment time after creating, moving or canceling a booking.

Reminders and agents

Notification settings support confirmations and reminders through available channels such as email or WhatsApp. Check the recipient, schedule and connection before assuming delivery. Agents can book through the corresponding agenda tools. Configure service and availability lookups before allowing booking creation. The receptionist preset is a starting point that needs adaptation to your business.
