Indicators
The change indicator compares the second half of the selected periods with the first half. If the first-half value is zero, the change is omitted. This differs from custom reports comparing against a preceding equally long range.
Filters and time zones
Choose Today, Last 7/30/90 days, or a custom date range. Group trends by day, week, or month. The report time zone determines midnight boundaries for the range and is also used by queue activity and live monitoring. Messaging, custom reports, and evaluations group using the selected report time zone. Current call, agent, contact, and activity widgets group in UTC even though the selected time zone changes the range boundaries. This particularly affects peak hours; use a custom hourly report for local-time grouping. There is no dashboard-wide campaign or agent filter. Custom reports can apply those filters; campaign charts also appear within campaign details.Personalize
Choose Customize. Add widgets through the searchable gallery, drag to reorder, and cycle width between quarter, half, and full. Existing catalog widgets cannot be added twice. Hide KPI cards; hidden cards show a restore action while editing. Changes save as you make them. Done closes editing. Reset asks for confirmation and restores the five default widgets and all four indicators. Configuration belongs to your user and organization; it does not alter colleagues’ dashboards.Widget catalog
The default widgets are calls by status, call success rate, calls per agent, contacts created, and peak hours. Messaging widgets appear only for inbox-enabled organizations. The gallery’s Custom report entry opens the call-report builder.
Success-rate denominators exclude calls without verdicts; voicemail rate uses the agent’s full call count, including inbound calls. Sentiment’s unclassified remainder includes calls without a classified sentiment. Average duration measures recorded conversation duration, not ringing time. Hover over metric help for its calculation.
The dashboard and its standard non-messaging widgets have no export action. Messaging detail views export XLSX; custom reports can open a call list that supports export. Billing contains usage and credit information rather than this widget catalog.
