A contact record brings together a person’s information and activity with your organization. The table supports searching, filtering and editing without opening each record. Access depends on your role and scope.

Find a contact

Use search and combine country, tag, stage, assignee and property filters. If a contact is missing, clear filters and check the active organization before creating another record.

Edit and extend a record

With editing permission, modify cells in the table. Open the contact to review details and add properties. Choose a property type that matches the information to store. Available types include text, calendar, date, time zone, number, location, URL, currency, company, user, phone, email, boolean, select and multiselect. For example, use a number for budget and a selection for product interest. Filter operators depend on type: text contains, numeric comparisons, true/false or membership in a list.

Associated activity

The record includes calls, conversations, comments, notes and available tasks. Calls have their own transcript and analysis detail. Agents can use properties as context or update them through configured tools. Creating a property does not instruct the AI to populate it.

Bulk actions

Select contacts to add or remove tags, move to a stage or create a campaign. Operations can run as background jobs. Check the result before repeating an operation on the same list.

Not yet available

The contact table does not offer CSV export. Call-log export is separate and does not export the CRM.
