Billing brings together the organization balance, plan, payment methods, usage and purchases. Check the active organization before adding balance or changing payment methods.

Review and add balance

The credit card shows balance in USD. Credit purchases are shown for plans other than Free. Choose an available pack or amount and review the total before confirming payment. The app’s amounts and rates are the reference for your account. Do not convert balance to minutes using one universal rate: cost depends on the operation and plan.

Payment methods and automatic top-ups

Manage cards in payment methods. If configuring automatic debit or top-ups, check the triggering threshold and amount. A saved card does not confirm a charge was approved.

Understand charges

Call details show products charged for that interaction. Usage limits and billing are separate controls.

Failed payments

For a failed or overdue payment, review its status and payment method. Before paying again, check for pending or approved operations. If a completed payment does not match the balance, send support its reference without card details.
