Quick replies
Open Quick Replies → New Quick Reply withquick-replies.create. The only field is required Content, which accepts multiline text. Create Quick Reply saves it. Editing and deletion require the corresponding quick-replies.update and quick-replies.delete permissions.
In the inbox’s Reply mode, select Quick Replies, choose an entry, and edit the inserted text before sending. It is inserted at the cursor; it is not sent immediately. The composer has no slash command for quick replies.
Quick replies have no separate title, category, variables, attachments, or private-per-user scope. Fill customer names manually after inserting. When the WhatsApp free-form window is closed, the quick-reply button is disabled; use an approved template.
Conversation tags
Open Inbox Tags → New Tag withtags.create. Enter a required name, optional description of up to 255 characters, and a color. Enable Email Notifications and select Notify Users when appropriate. Editing and deletion use tags.update and tags.delete.
Search matches name and description. Sort by creation date, name, or conversation count and choose cards or table view. A dash for the conversation count means the count is unavailable; the tag itself still works.
Apply or remove tags from the open conversation’s Tags control. The inbox tag filter supports up to four selected tags. Text-agent tools and automations can also apply conversation tags.
The lists are independent. Creating a conversation tag does not create a contact tag. Other open tabs may need a refresh to reflect a removed conversation tag.
