Find a call
Open Calls and combine date, type, status, handler, tag, and dynamic-field filters. Clear filters if an expected record is missing and check the active organization.Inspect the details
- Open the call. Confirm its contact, agent, date, duration, and type.
- Read the conversation and tool invocations in Transcript. An invocation alone does not prove an external operation succeeded; inspect the tool result.
- In Analysis, review the summary, sentiment, objective completion, disconnection reason, and configured extraction fields.
- Review evaluation criteria, human ratings, and call tags. Edit the agent to change what future calls analyze.
- Inspect the cost breakdown when available. Conversation duration and charges are different measures.
max_duration_reached indicates a duration cutoff; call_transfer indicates a transfer.
Export
Apply filters, then export the list as XLSX or CSV. Keep the date range and filters when comparing the file with another report. To report an incident, share the call ID and expected behavior; avoid sending full transcripts unless needed.Frequently asked questions
