Personal profile
In Settings → My Account → Profile, review your name, email, phone, time zone, occupation and avatar. Password settings belong to your account. Use your working time zone and review agent, channel or team time zones when their schedules differ. Do not assume editing your profile reconfigures every calendar.Organization information
Settings → Organization → General shows the organization’s name, email, industry and country. You can also check its identifier and available account information. Viewing this section requiresorganization.read; changes require organization editing access. Check the active organization before saving.
Assignment protection
When available, conversation assignment protection restricts assignee changes in the inbox. It works alongside conversation-claim permissions and channel assignment rules. Configuration requiresorganization.update.

No. Edit the shared name in Organization → General. Your personal name belongs to Profile.
