Choose a view
General task creation requests a name, description and type. Descriptions need at least four characters. The form offers send WhatsApp, schedule call, send email and follow-up.
A type names the work. Creating a task does not confirm that a message was sent, a call was made or an email integration was configured.
AI task statuses
Use the list status selector to track progress. Priority distinguishes low, medium and high when available for the task.
Work with boards
Choose Board view and select a task board. Create stages to organize work. Task boards are separate from contact boards. Review a task’s context and associated contact before acting.
