What to compare

Review agents, members, contacts, campaigns, widgets, numbers, channels and API access. A credit balance does not replace a plan allowance or enable an add-on. Actual duration also depends on the agent’s configured maximum and how the call ends. Choosing a higher plan cap does not force the agent to use it all.

Subscription, consumption and add-ons

The subscription defines your plan. Credits cover consumption at applicable rates. Add-ons require specific enablement. Review all three before planning a campaign. To change plans, open Plans, compare options and review the amount and terms in the confirmation. For payments, invoices and renewal, use Billing.

Reaching a limit

The app can block creating or using a feature. Check which allowance was reached and the active plan. Buying credits does not automatically increase agent or member limits.
