Connect ContactShip with Claude.ai

Connect your ContactShip account directly on claude.ai to manage agents, launch calls, and search contacts — all from the browser chat.

Step by step

Open Claude.ai

Go to claude.ai and sign in.

Open integration settings

Click your profile (bottom left) > Settings > Integrations > Add custom connector.

Fill in the details

  • Name: ContactShip
  • Remote MCP server URL: https://mcp.contactship.ai/mcp
  • Leave OAuth fields empty (auto-configured)
Click Add.

Authorize your account

A ContactShip page will open asking for your API key. Paste it and click Connect.
Don’t have your API key? Generate it at app.contactship.ai/es/organization/api-keys. Requires a Starter subscription ($30 USD/month) or above.

Done — start using it

Go back to the Claude chat and try something like:
“Show all my ContactShip agents”
Claude will use the ContactShip tools automatically.

What you can ask Claude

Once connected, just talk naturally:
  • “Show my agents” — Lists all your voice agents
  • “Show the full config of the sales agent” — Shows prompt, voice, tools, everything
  • “Make the agent’s prompt more informal” — Claude reads the current prompt, rewrites it, and updates it
  • “Call +52 55 1234 5678 with the survey agent” — Launches the call instantly
  • “Find the contact Juan Pérez” — Searches your ContactShip CRM
  • “Show my available phone numbers” — Lists your outbound numbers

Troubleshooting

Custom connectors may be in beta. Make sure you have the latest version of Claude. If it doesn’t appear, try Claude Code as an alternative.
Make sure the URL is exactly https://mcp.contactship.ai/mcp (with /mcp at the end, not /sse). If the issue persists, try generating a new API key.
Close and reopen the conversation. Tools are loaded at the start of each new chat.
