Verify Your Number

Verification Process

Access My Numbers

Navigate to the Organizations menu and select My Numbers. You’ll find an add new number button at the top.

Enter Number

Enter the phone number you want to verify and click Next.

Call Verification

You’ll receive an automated call to your number. On screen, you’ll see a code that you’ll need to enter using your phone’s keypad.

Confirmation

Once you’ve entered the code correctly, you’ll see a green checkmark on the platform confirming successful verification.

This process verifies your ownership of the number and allows your contacts to see this number when you make calls. It doesn’t affect your phone plan or incur additional charges.

Purchase a Number

To acquire a dedicated number in ContactShip:

  1. Complete our request form specifying:

    • Desired country and area
    • Usage type (inbound/outbound)
    • Estimated call volume
  2. Our team will verify availability in your area

  3. You’ll receive a payment link for $10 USD/month

  4. Upon payment confirmation, the number will be automatically added to your organization

Number availability may vary depending on the requested country and area.

Connection to your existing phone system is done through SIP TRUNK, allowing you to integrate your current infrastructure with our platform securely and efficiently.
